USDA study shows fewer on-farm injuries to youths

As the U.S. Department of Labor reviews comments on a proposed rule to restrict the ability of farmers and ranchers to hire people younger than 18 years old, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has released results of a survey conducted to better understand the magnitude and scope of agricultural-related injuries to youths on United States farms.
