Olive growers can apply for relief
Glenn and Tehama counties have been declared disaster areas by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, due to losses to this year's olive crop. USDA said last week that unseasonably warm weather, followed by freezing temperatures, damaged olives during the past winter.
