State reports on agricultural impacts of climate change

Saying it intends to help California prepare and adapt to impacts of climate change that could threaten agriculture, the state government has released a plan with strategies aimed at improving soil health, incentivizing sustainable practices, improving water management, conserving farmland and developing new technologies to fight invasive pests.
