Grape growers hear optimistic reports at annual meeting

It may be time for California winegrape growers and vintners to concede the $3 per bottle wine market to those who export into the United States. But it's certainly not time to let down the guard against the glassy-winged sharpshooter and the deadly bacterium it can transmit to grapevines.
