Bay Delta Conservation Plan draft is released

The state's Bay Delta Conservation Plan, a 50-year master environmental document required before work can begin on improving water supply reliability, has been released in draft for public review. Officials called the draft document a significant milestone in the effort to restore delta ecosystem health and secure reliable water supplies for California.
