Disposal of old orchard trees creates big challenge

About the same time researchers began looking at reincorporating whole almond orchards into the ground and before many cogeneration plants in California closed their doors and remaining plants found themselves awash in diseased trees from the Sierra Nevada, Johnson Farms in Denair took a bold step.
