Farmers could see power interrupted more often

Electricity customers of Southern California Edison who operate under the utility company's Agricultural and Pumping Interruptible Program, known as AP-I, may be indirectly affected by a natural gas leak that occurred last fall. Response to the leak could increase the possibility of electrical outages this summer.
