Decision on Klamath River water upsets CVP agencies

Central Valley Project water agencies protested a decision made last week by the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation to divert stored water from the Trinity Reservoir to supplement natural flows down the Klamath River. The bureau said it took the action to protect the returning run of adult chinook salmon.
