AFBF criticizes overreach by EPA

Regulatory overreach by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has long been a concern for the American Farm Bureau Federation, according to AFBF regulatory specialist Don Parrish. Parrish said that EPA, under its interpretation of the Clean Water Act, is pushing to propose a rule to expand its authority to intrastate waters, including ditches and farm and stock ponds.
