Forecasters reduce citrus estimates

Forecasters predict lower California citrus production in the wake of several days of hard freeze in early December. The U.S. Department of Agriculture said its December survey indicates the 2013-14 navel orange crop will be down about 4.5 percent to about 84 million cartons, compared to the previous year.
