Your Guide to Legislation that Impacts Family Farmers and Ranchers

The clock is ticking as Gov. Brown's Oct. 9 deadline to sign or veto bills is quickly approaching. Thanks to the help of FARM TEAM members, the governor signed into law Assembly Bill 634 on vertebrate pest control (Huber, D-El Dorado Hills) on Sunday. The governor received more than 350 messages from FARM TEAM members urging him to sign AB 634. This shows that each and every message sent to the governor really can make all the difference.

Just as we worked together on AB 634, let's band together to urge Gov. Brown to sign AB 964 on conditional water rights (Huffman, D-San Rafael). The governor's deadline is less than a week away so visit our FARM TEAM action center at to take action today!
