LBAM quarantine ends in one county

Issue Date: August 3, 2011

The federal quarantine on Santa Barbara County because light brown apple moths had been found there has been lifted. The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service said it took the action because no additional moths have been detected in Santa Barbara County.
