Deputies arrest 13 suspected of on-farm copper thefts

More than a dozen alleged copper thieves responsible for more than $1 million worth of property crimes were arrested at three locations in Sacramento County early last week, including in Walnut Grove. The bust happened as a result of a joint investigation by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and neighboring sheriff's departments in San Joaquin and Solano counties.
