Weaker dollar helps farm exports’ prospects

The value of the dollar has weakened considerably in the past year, and the cooperative lender CoBank says it expects modest dollar deflation in 2021. That should benefit the competitiveness of many U.S. agricultural exports, but CoBank says not all commodities will be affected equally.
