Hearings set on SJ River flow plan

Important dates have been revised related to the State Water Resources Control Board draft plan that proposes to leave more water in the main tributaries to the San Joaquin River—the Stanislaus, Tuolumne and Merced rivers—during periods it considers key for "at-risk native fish species."
