Klamath interests intervene in suit to defend water rights

The Klamath Water Users Association has intervened in a lawsuit brought this summer by the Hoopa Valley Tribe against the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the National Marine Fisheries Service for violating the federal Endangered Species Act in operating the Klamath Irrigation Project.
