Authorities look at regional citrus psyllid quarantines

Representatives of the California citrus business, government officials and researchers are working together on proposed changes to quarantine boundaries for the Asian citrus psyllid, in hopes of slowing the spread of the insect and the fatal plant disease it can carry, huanglongbing or HLB.
