CFBF president underlines need for regulatory reform

Farmers and ranchers can deal with the markets and they can deal with weather, but it is the regulatory challenges they constantly face that can have lasting effects on their farms and ranches. That observation was made by California Farm Bureau Federation President Paul Wenger during his opening remarks at the annual CFBF Leadership Conference in Sacramento last week.
