Drought forces beekeepers to alter operations

In a typical water year, Roger Everett and other beekeepers in the San Joaquin Valley would rely on irrigation ditches carrying water as a primary source of water for their bees. But this isn't a typical water year, and beekeepers must set out water near stored honeybee colonies.
