Study looks at impact of California refinery closures

Petroleum refineries in California face changing market conditions caused by regulatory mandates, and the ripple effect of potential supply cuts in refined oil products leaves a number of economic sectors vulnerable, according to a new report. The study lists agriculture and the separate forestry, logging, hunting and fishing sector as among the most vulnerable.
