‘Fast-track’ trade bill OK’d, but remains stalled

In a tight vote, the 'fast-track' trade bill gained enough votes for passage, yet remains stalled in the U.S. House of Representatives after President Obama failed to convince Democrats to support him on a critical vote last week that would have moved Trade Promotion Authority closer to enactment.
