Study assesses impact of West Coast port slowdown

West Coast port delays that began in the summer of 2014 and lasted until the end of February had the potential to damage California agriculture significantly. In an analysis of the port slowdowns, researchers at the University of California Giannini Foundation of Agricultural Economics said they expect "only moderate season-long market impacts."
