Congress asks questions about EPA water regulation

Congressional committees continue to pressure the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to rewrite or withdraw its proposed rule on "waters of the United States." During the past week, the Senate Agriculture Committee held a hearing on the proposed rule, and the chairs of three House committees asked for documents from EPA about the impact of the proposed rule on farmers and ranchers.
