‘Citrus Strong’ program aims to aid communication

There's no doubt that this year has been one of the roughest in recent history for Central Valley citrus growers. But despite a zero-percent surface water allocation in some regions and challenging new government regulations, most growers are somehow managing to survive: This was one of the main messages conveyed at California Citrus Mutual's 37th annual meeting held in Visalia last week.
