U.S. may appeal ruling on country-of-origin labels

The United States is expected to appeal the latest ruling by the World Trade Organization that U.S. country-of-origin labeling requirements for meat violate international trade rules, according to trade experts and observers, meaning that any potential trade sanctions from Canada and Mexico remain months away.
