Bill extends livestock trailer exemption on Highway 101

Ranchers driving along California's North Coast say they are pleased with state legislation, recently signed by Gov. Brown, that extends current provisions allowing standard livestock trucks with semi-trailers to travel on the region's primary north-south route, U.S. Highway 101.
