Vilsack: Lack of immigration reform hurts farm economy

Failure to pass comprehensive immigration reform would have significant impact on the California economy and on the United States as a whole, according to U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack. Vilsack conducted a telephone news conference Monday to renew administration calls for action by Congress this year.
