Almond meeting set

From irrigation management and navel orangeworm to fertilizing almond trees and pruning and training, University of California specialists will present information to almond farmers during a symposium on May 29 in Kerman. The meeting, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will take place at the Kerman Community Center, 15101 W. Kearney Blvd. The cost to register is $10 and includes lunch.
