Greenhouse produce sales should expand, report says

Consumer demand is pushing growth of U.S. greenhouse-grown fruits and vegetables, with retail sales expected to top $4 billion by 2020. Market researchers say the average 4 percent a year production growth is driven by increasingly limited farmland, water and labor.
