Farmers advocate for reform during congressional break

As members of Congress return to their home districts during the August recess, immigration reform remains a key issue for California farmers and ranchers. California Farm Bureau Federation President Paul Wenger said Farm Bureau and other agricultural organizations are urging members to contact congressional representatives during the break, to stress the need for immigration reform legislation that will address farmers' needs for a legal, stable labor supply.
