Several precautions needed to contain citrus psyllid

In order to move citrus fruit from orchards to packinghouses and on to export markets without hitchhiking insect pests riding along, growers need to develop infrastructure throughout the state to conduct effective pressurized sprays, fumigation and cold treatments.
