End of WOTUS stay leads to new calls for repeal

In an anticipated move, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has lifted its nationwide stay of the Obama administration "waters of the United States" rule, which has come under challenge from both agricultural organizations and the Trump administration for expanding federal agencies' authority over private land.
