Outlook for 2018 features uncertainties about trade

There's good news, bad news and a lot of uncertainty for California farmers wondering how the upcoming years will play out economically, according to speakers at an annual agricultural business conference. Whereas most agricultural commodities are holding strong in terms of supply and demand, one of the major themes of the 36th annual Agribusiness Management Conference in Fresno was the future of U.S. agriculture in the changing global marketplace.
